Job Description:

Required a Male Secretary (with transferable Iqama, preferably Srilankans) to handle international investments related secretarial and administrative job for a well-reputed, highly educated and sophisticated Saudi businessperson’s office in Riyadh. Detailed qualifications and job profile are provided below.

Qualifications Requirements:

* Graduate with typing speed of not less than forty to fifty words per minute

* Excellent knowledge / experience in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and MS Windows.

* Proactive & independent worker with excellent interpersonal skills

* Excellent command over written and spoken English

* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Job Profile:

* Correspondence & Filing.

* Coordinate travel arrangements.

* Scheduling & co-ordination for meetings/appointments.

* Create, transcribe & distribute meeting minutes.

* Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings.
