Job Description:

X Supervise and coordinate all yard activities engaged in fitting, welding, rigging, scaffolding and ensure compliance with overall quality, safety and environmental standards. „X Monitor and manage schedules within multi-discipline activities and manpower requirement to meet established completion dates, customer requirements and budgetary constrains. „X Lead and coach supplemental workforce, down to the individual craftsman level, communicating departmental goals and validating each performer¡¦s ability to impact these goals. „X Responsible to improve productivity and efficiency in the yard. „X Supervise and inspect all construction activities concerning fabrication and installation of structure, piping, vessels, rigs, platforms and all other components.

Education: Basic - Bachelor of Technology/Engineering ( Mechanical )
