Job Description:
Major accountabilities; 1- Direct and manage the preparation of United insurances financial strategy for all aspects of the Finance function including treasury, accounting, financial planning and cost management and cash management. Monitor during the financial year all the performance of all countries concerning operating expenses, actual budget and the compliance of financial standards & policy. 2- Propose financial systems to the GM and top management with special emphases on contractual obligations and financial management, and recommend systems and procedures in order to maximize profit and control cost. 3- Monitor the activities of the Accounting, reporting, financial analysis and Treasury functions with the aim to ease the workflow and assist in a speedy top management decisions. . 4- Report the monthly results to the GM and group CFO concerning P&L, sales, stock, liabilities, assets and forecasts. 5 Analyze treasury and cash flow, cost, and expenses and financial statements to pinpoint potential weak areas to help him during all negotiation activities with bank to minimize interest rates. 6 Monitor and supervise the finance standards, policies and procedures to ensure implementation for all departments and compliance with internal and external auditor requirements.

Education: Basic - Bachelor of Commerce ( Commerce ) , PG - Chartered Accountant , Chartered Financial Analyst ( Finance )
