A Multinational Chemical Company in Saudi Arabia invites applications from right candidates for the post of Supply Chain Manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
> Applicants should be educated to university degree level.
> Experience of at least 4 years in a supply chain environment is needed.
> Additional CIPS training is an advantage.
> Preference will be given to applicants with experience in Oil and Gas Service sector.
> Possessing chemical background or experience will be beneficial.
> International and Intra Gulf Logistics Management
> Skills in SAP implementation will be an advantage.
> Need proven negotiating and people skills.
> Effective Communicator capable of delegating effectively to ensure optimization of resources.
> Should be a customer focused with a strong Commercial and Business Acumen.
> Ability to demonstrate competitive procurement of all materials and services for KSA and Middle East.
> Innovative, creative and customer focused such their performance is continually to a high standard.
> Fluent speaking and writing skills in Arabic and English is needed.
> Need transferable Iqama.
> Should be willing to relocate with company expansion.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
> Manage raw materials and finished product inventories within Middle East business units.
> Actively contribute to Regional tenders as required
> Manage, maintain. Administer and develop Supply Chain Business systems and staff
> Assist in all aspects of production planning for our own manufacturing facilities, managers and any manufacturers.
> Consolidate and review monthly forecasts received from Regional Business units.
> Prepare monthly production forecasts for manufacturing plants, continually monitoring inventories in order to optimize inventory holding to in line with business requirements.
> Review and improve departmental procedures and works instructions in line with the OHSE Business Management.
