REQUIREMENTS:
> Work experience of 1 to 2 years in call center is needed.
> Need experience of handling technical issues related to laptops and desktops is needed.�
> Should possess Customer Service and Support experience retail / customer service environment.
> Willing to work on flexible timings and days as needed.
> Able to provide tier 1 and tier 2 level support for the help desk.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
> Troubleshoot technical issues or problems.
> Provide concise directions on how to resolve the issue.�
> Tracks all customer inquiries and escalates issues when necessary after�
attempting to resolve issues with one contact.
> Assisting and resolving technical inquiries effectively.
