Job Description:
Our client is a growing distributor of well known FMCG brands in UAE and the GCC. Their main business trades are light snacks, food and various drinks & juices. The new product range will also include cooking products. With growing operations in Abu Dhabi they are going through an exciting time which would be great for a prospective employee.
The successful candidates will act as the main point of contact between clients, sales teams, logistics, distribution and purchasing departments in our Abu Dhabi head office. The purpose will be to create purchase orders and subsequently coordinate with distribution and customers to ensure that requirement are met. You will be involved in filing, invoicing and handle various documentation and reports.
Duties:
· Create sales orders and purchase orders are requested by the sales team
· Maintain and update purchase order filing system and improve relevant processes
· Coordinate with client on deliveries, quantities and payments
· Prepare Export invoices, shipping reports, production and expiration records and other performance reports as requested by the Purchasing Department.
· Work with senior management and offer assistance where possible

· Have telecommunications selling experience
· Experience dealing with external clients and distribution
Education: High School or Equivalent
Citizenship: Philippines
