SENIOR HR COORDINATOR - Ref: FDS/HR/00204/2010.
Job responsibilities:
1. Prepare and generate the monthly payroll.
2. Handle all of the company’s insurance files.
3. Handle day-to-day personnel & administrative�
issues.
4. Application & follow-up on company rules &�
regulations.
5. Recruitment selection and hiring process.
6. Generation of periodical reports and KPIs.
Qualifications Requirements:
* BA/BS in Business Administration / HR - Masters�
is a plus
* Good leadership, charismatic and a�
troubleshooter.
* Three to four years experience in a similar field.
* Excellent spoken and written communication�
skills.
* Fluency in English is a must; French and/or�
Arabic are a plus. Housing & transportation are�
provided by the company.
