Qualifications:
> Applicant should be a Degree holder in Business Administration from a leading University.
> Work experience of minimum ten years (five to seven years in HR Management) is needed.
> Fluency in English for both speaking and writing.
> Other HR Major Courses / Certifications will be an advantage.
> Should be aware about Saudi Labor Law & related bylaws.
> Should possess knowledge in any Performance Management System.
> Applicants with experience in Microsoft Dynamics Axapta (the company’s environment is MS Dynamics AXapta 2009) will get preference.
> Knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & MS Project) is necessary.
