Qualification Criteria:

• BE /BSc /Diploma engineers with minimum 3 to 7 years experience and MCSE / MCITP / MCP certifications

• Experience on MS Exchange 2007/2010 and Active Directory 2008 Support & ISA 2006, SCCM & SCOM

• Well versed in planning, designing the MS Active Directory & Exchange, SCCM & SCOM Solutions

• Hands on experience of MS Active Directory & Exchange deployment, SCCM & SCOM

• Well versed in technical installation / configuration / troubleshooting of MS Exchange Server, Active Directory & ISA Server System In-depth knowledge in Active directory implementation /troubleshooting

• In-depth knowledge in group policy implementation

• In-depth understanding of DNS and DHCP, SCCM & SCOM

• Maintain, tune and patch systems for optimum performance and security

• Experience in designing, supporting and maintaining of Sharepoint portals Good analytical skills

• Excellent communication skills (both verbal & written)
