Job Description:
Our client, a Middle East based investment bank is looking for a Learning and Development Specialist to join its expanding team in the GCC. The successful candidate must have a broader knowledge of different HR functions, such as performance management and compensation & benefits and should be excellent team player.
Job Responsibilities:
• Set a comprehensive learning & development approach and processes that will enable the bank to fulfill its strategic objectives.
• Liaise with a team of HR experts to enable planned HR cultural transformation.
• Design induction programs, e-Learning infrastructure, coaching and mentorship processes, rotation policies, and other learning tools, all integrated into an effective career development and talent management framework.
• Introduce effective training calendars and budgets for different functions, organizational
levels and employee demographic segments.
Qualification Requirements:
• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, ideally a post-
graduate degree.
• Proficiency in English language; though proficiency in Arabic language as well is
preferred.
• Around eight years of relevant HR experience, of which at least four years must be in training and employee development functions. Experience within a banking environment in the GCC, is preferred.
