*Chartered Accountants ,preferably with ACMA is required
*Minimum 25 years of experience (of which at least 5 years in a top management position) in handling similar responsibilities of a professionally managed organization.
*Should be currently a CFO or Heading Finance / Accounts function in a large / reputed organization
