Leasing Director

to lead the leasing drive of premium office and retail spaces in one of Bahrain's largest and most prestigious mixed use developments

Qualifications / Experience

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent

• Minimum 10 years' experience in office and retail leasing, five (5) of which should be in a senior position

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Leadership qualities to lead, inspire and guide the leasing team and agents

• Proven experience and successful track record in marketing and leasing of office and commercial / retail space in the Gulf region

• Ability to effectively pitch the project to local, regional and international private and state entities and individuals

Main Responsibilities

• Prepare and implement leasing strategy

• Actively pursue local and international prospective tenants for leasing office & retail space

• Organize a network of real estate agents to promote leasing

• Liaise with tenants

• Manage the in-house leasing team

• Prepare lease documentation

• Prepare leasing reports to upper management

• Play an active role in shaping the company's marketing and development strategies

• Participate in formulating internal policies and procedures
