Description:
Position : IT Consultant
Job Responsibilities
• Coordinate change management process for applications jointly used by Obeikan and joint ventures.
• Understand user requirements and apply SAP Group System solutions where applicable and suitable.
• Reduce user work process, improve user work efficiency by e.g. design and propose better business workflow, offer IT/SAP
solution in close coordination with centrally provided IT-Service.
• Work closely with IT to ensure company optimization of Group System recommending further system developments where
appropriate.
• Provide functional support to the end-user (Distribution, Service, Manufacturing, etc.)
• Create, maintain and administrate training documentation and user manuals.
• Improve SAP based business process know how and SAP skill in all departments.
• Keep update with SAP knowledge.
• Support SAP users and solve day to day SAP problems.
• Back up SAP user support on other SAP consultant.
• Monitoring and checking the process for year end closing.
• Conduct IT Audit Trails.
Education Qualification : A Bachelor Degree
