Job description
- Daily health check for LAN and WAN
- Monitoring LAN & WAN.
- Troubleshooting and provide first line support for network related incidents and problems.
- Supervise configuration and their associated changes on all Switches and Routers.
- Manage Technical issues with third parties’ (2nd line support) and suppliers according to maintenance and support contracts terms and conditions.
- Evaluate health performance of network.
- Define the processes and procedures for network monitoring
- Update of documentation & network diagrams received from the implementation.
- Providing recommendations with regards to expansion, upgrade, or deployment of new WAN technologies.
Qualification
- Bachelor of Technology/Engineering , PG - Master of Commerce ( Commerce ) , MBA/PG Diploma in Business Mgmt.
- GCC experience with GCC driving license will be preferred.
- Cisco Certified Network engineer (CCNA & CCNP)
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of network security and associated products and technology
- Thorough understanding and knowledge with regard to network monitoring devices with Ciscoworks, SNMP, and syslog to perform fault and root cause analysis
