A leading group specializing in consumer electronics and satellite products based in Dubai urgently requires HR Managers.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
> Applicants should be a holder of Bachelor’s Degree / Post Graduation / Diploma in HR Management.
> Work experience of 8 to 10 years in Human Resources is needed.
> 2 years of work experience should be as an Assistant Manager in HR or Deputy Manager.
> Should possess experience in HR within an electronics company.
> Need good interpersonal skills, tact, maturity, flexibility and an empathic approach.
> Knowledge of basic office management software is needed.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
> Conduct evaluation of training on an ongoing basis to improve effectiveness.
> Carry out manpower planning and budgeting and identify the short and long term gaps.
> Undertaking recruitment policies and procedures in coordination with GMs and department heads.
> Assisting in the final selection process as well as the fixing of terms and issuing of appointment contracts.
> Implementation of human resources policies and procedures in line with the achievement of business objectives.
> Administer the performance appraisal system and the promotion and increment system as per laid down policies and procedures.
> Develop and implement a system for proper induction and orientation of new employees in the company including providing job descriptions and clarifying their roles.
