JOB REQUIREMENTS:
> Applicants should be a BSc Degree holder in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
> Work experience of more than 2 years in Human Resources is needed.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
> Maintaining staff personnel files.
> Prepares and reviews monthly staff payroll.
> Ensures the accuracy and integrity of personnel data.
> Identifying training needs for staff with help of Managers.
> Manages & handles all HR and administration processes.
> Work towards implementation of training & development plans.
> Maintains data related to staff and administration function in appropriate HR database.
> Consider, suggest, and implement initiatives and solutions in support of HR Goals and Objectives.
> Complete administrative requirements necessary to accurately reflect actions within the HR system.
> Manage recruitment activities including interviews arrangements and handling all on boarding activities.
> Reviews the company’s policies, procedures & guidelines in light of practices in the area and recommend necessary changes.
> Develop and maintain effective oral and written communication links with all Daleel Staff to ensure understanding of and compliance with HR policies, procedures, and programs.
> Initiate administrative actions and procedures necessary to effectively recruit, place, and account for necessary personnel.
> Develop personnel requisition forms (PRF’s) for job openings in conjunction with hiring managers that accurately reflect the position knowledge, skills, and abilities (KPI’s) and
experience requirements.
