Requirements:
> Applicants must possess a degree or at least 5 years of experience in senior recruitment position.
> Should have minimum 5 years of experience in Internal Recruitment Management.
> Need excellent communication skills
> Should possess in-depth knowledge of local laws and legislation.�
Responsibilities:
> Assisting with the development and implementation of all recruitment systems and procedures for the company.�
> Work with a small team to design and implement all recruitment procedures.�
> Need good people management skills.
> Should be experienced in running assessment centers.
> Able for using behavioral interviewing techniques to get the best quality candidates available in the market.�
> Liaise with the wider HR team.
> Contribute to the long-term strategy for recruitment, HR generalist functions, immigration issues and more.
