JOB DESCRIPTION:
> Applicants should possess a Bachelors Degree in Electrical/C&I with 5 years experience in a power plant.
OR
> Diploma in Electrical/C&I Engineering or equivalent with 7 years of practical experience.
> Preference will be given to applicants with experience in a power plant.�
> Excellent leadership, planning, coaching, well developed interpersonal skills that will motivate subordinates and enhance self-directed team work.
> Should possess thorough knowledge in maintenance of combined-cycle power plant equipment in general, preferably on Alstom 13E2 CC Plant.
> Need skills in condition monitoring in power plant and ERP maintenance management system, preferably on SAP.�
> Ensure all operations comply with environmental legal requirements, internal standards and international standards.�
> Should possess working knowledge of an environmental system used to meet regulations.�
> Need excellent knowledge of Electrical and C&I systems in modern Power Plants, preferably including experience on 220kV systems.
> Should possess ability to :
�� *promote and implement environment, health and safety policies and management.
�� *transmit messages effectively to the others in order to successfully set�
things according to their importance or urgency.�
�� *determining costumer needs and finding solutions to those.�
�� *analyze situations in detail, solve problems and process information logically and�
systematically.�
�� *rethink and improve current practices , generate ideas and find new solutions and implement the ideas by using continuous improvement tools (Kaisen ,5S)�
�� *set and prioritize goals, use resources and ensure timetables are established for implementing various activities.
�� *initiate and manage organizational and technological changes.
�� *develop other people by identifying needs, supporting training and developing efforts and sharing �technical expertise in order to help other people to become more competent.
