Executive Secretary/Assistant:
Provide assistance to the company's top managers. Handle administrative and secretarial work professionally to organize and facilitate managers' work.
Duties:
• Arrange meetings schedule.
• Manage hotel reservations, air tickets, transportation, and courier effectively.
• Send/Receive fax, documentation of files, answer phone calls, and send e-mails.
• Attend senior level meetings, write reports and meeting minutes.
• Assist in overall administrative work.
Qualification Requirements:
• University Degree BA/BS preferably in Business field.
• Experience of two �years minimum.
• Computer skills including Microsoft Office and Gmail.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• High interpersonal, communication, and organization skills.
• Translation experience is an added value.
