*Good knowledge in the electromechanical systems such as Chilled water system, AHUs, FCUs, pumps,air fans, electrical transformers, electrical MDB panels, power generators, UPS, medical gases,plumbing works.
*Minimum 10 years of experience in the similar position
*Team management skills
*Ability to deal with technicians from different nationality.
*Strong communication skills in English.
