Degree in Chemical / Mechanical Engineering with 10 years experience in Kilns & Mills for Cement Plants.

Monitor Kilns and Raw Mills operations on a daily basis and guide operating staff towards trouble shooting to ensure smooth operation of the 
plant, achieve optimum operational level. Analyze plant stoppages to suggest remedial measures to avoid the reoccurrences.

Formulate and implement work procedures to improve understanding of jobs and performing them in most effective way.

Analyze production units on slow run to maximum production and at best efficiency.

Implement Quality system to ensure that the laid 
out procedures are followed to achieve end results and improvements in quality system.

Should be capable of carrying out process engineering measurements and calculations. Capable of reading refractory drawings.

English Language is essential. Should be computer literate.
