MONITORING AND EVALUATION SPECIALIST (IRC12225):-

She/he would be responsible for developing systems for monitoring and evaluation (M&E) that meet the needs of ROTA programs
and all stakeholders in ROTAs work. This includes setting up procedures for data collection and analysis as well as creating
mechanisms and formats for both internal and external reporting. It also includes the development of indicators and tools
that enable ROTA to measure the impact of its work.
