•Ensuring accurate and timely processing of customer transactions through a team of Cashiers.
•Daily cash reconciliation of floats/banking preparation. Follow-up and escalation of discrepancies to the Admin Assistant / Group Control.
•Ensuring compliance of policies and procedures relating to transactions, cash handling as directed by the business.
•Reducing cashier discrepancy levels through tight management controls and implementation of best practice.
•Induction and training of all new Cashiers.

Requirement:
*Applicant must have a Graduate Degree
*At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Good organization and planning skills
