We looking for an experienced Call Centre Agent
to join call center operations. The Call Centre Agent
should have the ability to improve customer service
levels, meet and exceed KPI's. The ideal candidate
must have exceptional communication skills, experience
of working within a medium scale call centre operation
preferably within insurance industry, ideally within
an outbound sales environment.
