JOB DESCRIPTION

Requirements:

* Candidate must be a Graduate Civil Engineer.

* Minimum 15 years experience in the construction of residential, commercial, mixed-used         building projects.

* Candidate should have the aptitude for & be proactive in resource planning, time                         management, subcontract  coordination, drawings & design management, controlling &               monitoring of the project. 

* Good communication skills in English.
