The Arabic Hospitality Group is seeking an experienced sales and services representative to join Fillfilah Catering’s events catering department in Saudi Arabia’s Eastern Province. Sales and services representatives at Fillfilah Catering have the opportunity to interact with some of the most influential members of the Eastern Province’s community, hosting high-budget, large-scale events for an elite cliental. The position also offers exciting chances to work with AHG’s executive chef to develop custom catering menus tailored to each client’s individual needs, as well as the chance to act as host for ever Fillfilah Catering guest.

With an annual salary and commission-based compensation, the Fillfilah Catering events sales and services representative position requires an excellent ability to reliably secure new events contracts. Applicants must have prior experience working with high-volume, high-ticket catering operations and a proven ability to successfully pitch catered events to members of the community.

* A minimum of a bachelors degree – a marketing education is preferred.

* Five years experience in business-to-business marketing, product management or services marketing is required, with extensive exposure to high-volume, high-ticket catering.

* The demonstrated ability to man a large catering department, ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining excellent customer relations demonstrated by repeat bookings.

* Demonstrate excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask, completing many large-scale bookings at once.

* Excellent customer service and sales skills, with a proven ability to secure new catering business.
