- Should have Experience in Construction Site work & residential villas.
- Gulf Experience will be added advantage
- Overall management of construction activities, which included technical supervision of civil works, channeling men, material and Machinery, coordinating with various agencies such as architectural, structural , subcontractors
- Review and approve Shop Drawings of equipment to be installed to assure the equipment meets or exceeds the specifications (often done with the Project Engineer).
- Should be supervising the works on site in accordance with the contract documents and using the template and procedure established by the consultant.
- Should ensure the correct implementation of the works according to technical specifications, to designs and quality of materials.
- Checking and ensuring that the site is arranged as per the site management plan and that all measures are taken for site safety and the safety of the third parties in the vicinity of the site.
- Ensuring that health and safety measures are adopted and followed to the full extent.
