JOB DESCRIPTION

Requirements:

* Candidate should be  degree in engineering and/or computer science 

* Candidate Should have  at least 3 years of local (UAE) working experience

   especially with the government entities Experience in vendor and 3rd party

   management, including managing relationships over extended periods of time and

   over multiple projects. 

* Very good English or Arabic business, technical communication and negotiation

   skills Excellent leadership and resource management skills Excellent conflict

   resolution skills ensuring high productivity and excellent working relationships

   among team members.

* Excellent problem solving skills ensuring problems are detected proactively and

   solved before they affect the outcomes of programme or projects.

* Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively and serve as a

   liaison among cross-functional teams.
