Qualifications

 GIS developer is needed with the following skills : • 2 years experience in ESRI GIS 9.x • Expert in working with ArcGIS Server Advanced Enterprise • At least 2 years in developing web services • Expert in SDE • Expert in developing and customize both thin and think GIS desktop • At least 2 years of experience in developing web application • At least 3 years of experience in .NET • Expert in developing GIS layers and dealing with ArcEditor • Spatial Extension • ArcGIS Network Analyst • ArcGIS Data Interoperability • ArcGIS Spatial Analyst
