Job Description : Finance Director, Dubai
Our client, one of the biggest international property development firms in the region is seeking an exceptional candidate for the position of Finance Director to join its dynamic team in Dubai. Reporting directly to the board, the successful candidate will directly influence the financial management of a multi billion dollar business.
Responsibilities:
• Overall management and responsibility for the finance department.
• Implement Company’s financial policies in order to enhance performance.
• Review and implement best practice policies within financial control functions.
• Offering direction to the board in investment decisions, offering international financial expertise.
• Financial planning, review and analysis of financial statements as well as aiding decision making.
Requirements:
• A qualified finance professional having achieved chartered status.
• At least 15-20 years of managerial experience as a CFO or Finance Director for a major international firm, ideally in the construction industry with MENA region exposure.
