Minimum Requirements: Candidate should be between 30 and 55 years of age.
A Bachelors degree in Business Administration is a must.
Candidate should have very good standard of written and spoken English.
Candidate should have good interpersonal skills.
Role: To initiate and co-ordinate with line managers concerned, to prepare and compile competency development programs and assist in understanding development programs, procedures and policies including analysis and verification of training needs for U.A.E. National Developees to ensure implementation of this program.
Direct all activities related to assessment of developees performance against agreed competency development programs, ensuring that the targets are
achieved within the planned confirmation dates as per policy. Salary: Excellent with benefits.
