Job Description Chief Continuity Officer of Contingency Planning, Qatar
Our client, a Middle East based commercial bank is looking for a Chief Continuity Officer of Contingency Planning to join its branch in Qatar.
Responsibilities:
• Identify potential impacts that threaten the organization.
• Establish controls needed to prevent or minimize the effects of potential loss.
• Provide cost-benefit analysis to justify investment in controls to mitigate risks.
• Establish contingency plans, crisis management, business continuity and disaster recovery processes.
• Develop and implement crisis management and disaster recovery procedures for stabilizing the situation following an incident.
Requirements:
• Must have a Tertiary qualification, though a Member of Business Continuity Institute (MBCI certified) is preferred.
• At least 3 years as a business continuity practitioner in an international banking organization in the GCC.
