Job description
Study, research & analyze real estate investment market .
Prepare economic models, valuation analysis, pricing, business plans and cases.
Prepare annual & long term financial plan and budget.
Prepare comprehensive business and project documentation as required for financial and joint venture proposals.
Analyze departmental process and makes recommendation for business process reengineering.
Advise ICT Management regarding requirements of departmental process and work with end users and ICT personnel in the management of process change.
Qualifications
Broad international exposure and experience, including extensive experience in major projects
Good problem solving skills and experience in working with senior management.
Fluent in English language.
Ability to maintain composed and professional demeanor within a flexible and busy work environment.
