A well experienced and qualified Quantity Surveyor / Estimator is required immediately to work in Jubail. Work experience of minimum 5 years Quantity Surveying and Cost Estimation is essential. Should be able to conduct estimating, surveying and project management function for both client and contractor activities. Other key duties to be performed by this post are :
> Prepare financial feasibility reports for identified program.
> Undertake valuations and ensure payments for contracted services are claimed / made in accordance with the company's standing orders and financial regulations.
> Analyze blueprints and other documents to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.
> Verify the accuracy of survey data including measurements and calculations conducted at survey sites.
