The Ministry of Works provides infrastructure in accordance with the legal frameworks set out in the National Strategic Master Plan for Bahrain, outlook 2030. The Ministry of Works is the construction arm of the government of the Kingdom of Bahrain, and has oversight in the following areas, in accordance with the Master Plan: Infrastructure development consisting of the strategic planning, design, construction and maintenance of the public road network and the drainage systems for the Kingdom. Design, construction, project management and maintenance of public buildings.
Qualifications
To Support Ministry's management and staff for all Project Management (PM) activities. Ensure best PM practices are used to manage all projects. Participate in the continuous improvement of Project Management methodologies, tools and techniques.
Candidate should hold University degree in Project Management or Engineering or Finance or Computer Science or equivalent.
Certification in Project Management or equivalent professional with minimum experience of five years as Project Manager, of which at least one year as Project Manager of large/complex projects.
