JOB DESCRIPTION
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning the Training and Development policy for the organization as well as organizing for employee courses and accreditations from recognized training institutes.
Qualification Requirements:
-Applicant must have a University Degree in Business Administration (ideally with a specialization in HR).
-At least 8 years of training and development experience in the GCC.
