Immediate vacancy for a Payroll Manager in Qatar.
Job Requirements:
> Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline.
> At least 7 years of generalist HR experience.
> Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
> Able for liaising with all levels of the organization.
> Experience of international HR and management of expat contracts.
> Experience of projects within the Construction sector will be beneficial.
> Experience in Peachtree will be beneficial.
> Knowledge about Qatari visa processes and law will be beneficial.
Key Duties:
> Providing benefits and payroll for all employees
> Maintain records of employee attendance, leave and overtime to calculate pay and benefit entitlements
> Prepare and verify statements of earnings for employees, indicating gross and net salaries and deductions
> Prepare employee payments and benefit payments
> Complete, verify and process forms and documentation for administration of benefits such as leave and medical insurance
> Provide information to employees on payroll matters, benefits, employment contracts and job offer provisions
> Compile statistical reports, statements and summaries related to pay and benefit accounts
> Prepare and balance periodic-end reports and reconcile issued payroll to bank statements.
