The Bahrain Petroleum Company ( BAPCO ),a Government of Bahrain wholly owned company is looking for suitable candidates for the post of Consumer Sales Supervisor. Applicants should be a Bachelor's degree holder in Business Studies from a recognized university. Work experience of at least 7 years in any leading international oil company in a similar environment is required. Should have good knowledge about automotive and industrial lubricant sales. The key responsibilities to be performed by this post are : 
◘ Develop sales of lubricant products in the local consumer market.
◘ Regularly visit dealers and customers, reporting to the Senior Coordinator Lubricants. 
◘ Prepare and implement marketing plans.
◘ Define individual sales responsibilities, territories and targets.
◘ Prepare monthly sales and financial reports.
◘ Direct distributor supervisor on export sales.
◘ Direct the local sales team and review progress and targets.
◘ Plan sales promotion activities.
