BSc. degree in instrumentation/control engineering plus 15 years of relevant experience past qualification in downstream C & I operations & design, in the downstream industry or refining/petrochemical facility.

Lead the development and implementation of the Control & Instrumentation components of international downstream projects at various stages, from initiation to commissioning and start-up, conduct the projects definition and execution subject to budget, schedule and quality through the various phases of feasibility, basic design, detailed design, construction, commissioning and start-up.

The position embraces the whole projects lifecycle which includes the following stages: evaluation (pre-feasibility, feasibility), development (FEED) and implementation (EPC).
