Contract Hire.

Minimum Requirement: -

B.SC. degree in Engineering. with Minimum 10 years experience, preferably in Oil & Gas field, with minimum 5 years experience in contracts. - The Candidate shall have background of Maintenance activities (Thorough in the scope of works related to Oil & Gas Industry).

Good command of English Language, with emphasis to legal terms / wording.

Role:

Plan, develop, coordinate and ensure the provision of contracts services. Supervise the subordinates and ensure that the Department procedures, processes and the HSE Management system are adhered to and implemented.

Direct and provide guidance to the Contracts Assistant in developing contracts, consultancy, change orders and claims.

Ensure that contracts and SWOs variations are analyzed and respective Change Orders are issued in accordance with the revised and approved scope.
