Job Description:
To provide excellent support to customers by meeting or exceeding the customer expectations. To upload all pre information’s (details of phone faults ) received from local and international customers on a daily basis To Update the Customer Database on a regular basis as and when information is received from the Principal company To effectively communicate and co ordinate with internal and external customers on Turn around time, urgent repairs etc. To prepare weekly and monthly reports to measure the performance of customers – Internal and External. To maintain and build a strong relationship with the customers to ensure smooth running of operations. To attend all relevant internal trainings in order to update enhance their knowledge on new phone technologies which help them to interact more effectively with the customers.
Profile:
Graduate in any field 1-3 yrs experience in Customer Service in a reputed company Fluency in English and Arabic Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong MS Office and presentation skills We require two for this post, for Dubai and Sharjah, Arabic speaker and a non Arabic.
