Job description
  • Manage the recruiting request within the manpower planning of the organization.
  • Manage and track the recruiting cycle time.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and processes new joiners’ logistics.
  • Manage the on-boarding and mentoring program for new joiners.
  • Develop and implement the yearly training plan.
  • Develop and deploy HR systems.
  • Lead the social committee.
  • Manage the processing of employees’ requests.
  • Manage the issuance of HR Reports.
  • Develop and deploy on yearly basis job descriptions and KPIs for all employees.
  • Manage the probation period system and assessment.
  • Manage the issuance of HR reports and the correct tracking of KPIs.
  •  Manage all employee logistics such as payroll, administration, enrollment, accommodation, transportations and leaves for all employees.

Requirements
  • Can organize HR activities
  • Ability in using Company software such as MS office, internet, intranet and electronic mail.
  • Ability in partnering with team members to achieve business objectives.
  •  Can represent the company in any recruiting event or with applicants
  • Ability to manage priorities.
  •  Effective communication in Arabic and English languages
