A Multinational Security Integrator and Solutions Provider company based in GCC is looking for a Business Development Manager for its firm. The ideal candidate should be graduate degree in system engineer/software/electronics. He is responsible for driving the business forward through lead generation, developing project requirements, working with existing customers and ag ents to secure future business. He should have the leading role in the security marketing, sales, security related conferences, exhibitions and report directly to the regional director. He is also responsible to meet on site with clients or as an integrated member of a project. The candidate should have the extensive experience in consultancy assignments, risk assignments, product of documentation, technology area, electronic surveillance, perimeter security, business development. He has proven ability to undertake the marketing activities and to identify, develop, secure sales, effective proposal writing skills. Ability to manage and control projects at a range of sizes. Effective management, good communication and technical leadership skills are also necessary.
