Job Requirements:
> Applicants should be a university degree or equivalent holder in relevant subject.
> Work experience of at least 5 to 8 years in a similer position is required.
> Applicants with experience in shopping mall industry highly preferred.
> IT literacy is essential.
> Should have a positive and approachable attitude.
> Should possess a deep understanding of tenants coordination.
> Applicants should possess comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of shopping mall management
> Requires a leasing competency and good communication with retailers

Job Responsibilities:
> Works with writers and artists and oversees copywriting, design, layout, paste-ups,�
and production of promotional materials.
> Researches, analyses, and monitors financial, technological, and demographic factors�
> Develops and executes marketing plans and programs
> Effective communicates with outside advertising agencies on ongoing campaigns
> Maximize market awareness and support malls operation.
