JOB DESCRIPTION
 
Requirements:
 
• Min 10 years experience from mechanical or structural background;

• Manage company day-to-day project operation, ensure all works carried out as per  the plan;

• Lead the work team and provide guidance to team to reach the target;

• Develop clear, detailed and practical measures to meet project objectives;

• Motivate the work team, and Establish and update job descriptions for all positions  within the team;

• To be the Main contact for the clients
