A well established real estate company in Qatar is looking for a Development Engineer to join their team in Doha. Ideal candidates will be a Bachelor's degree holder in Civil / Architecture Engineering or any similar discipline. Work experience of minimum 8 years of in a large scale project is required. Should have fluent communication skills in English & Arabic as well as good presentation skills. Candidates having project management experience with strong knowledge of construction methodology including design issues and construction materials will get preference. Should be a holder of Qatar or GCC driving license and transferable sponsorship. Need the ability to understand and work well with various parties like statutory authorities, government, private investors and lenders, etc. Should have good knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, 3D, Primavera and other architectural software. 

Job Description :

The position will be exposed to all real estate development activities from planning to construction completion stage and finally the disposition of the asset. Involves in all phases including site recommendation /selection /control /pre-development, securing public/private funding for the projects (grants/ loans) finance, construction management, planning and community outreach.
