JOB DESCRIPTION

A Middle East based commercial bank

Responsibilities:

The incumbent is primarily responsible for developing retail loan products (mortgage/ personal/ auto) assigned to him and managing their implementation through the respective sales channels.

• Assess customer behavior and conduct market research; as appropriate.

• Predict product usage, potential market penetration and new opportunities.

• Position the product for maximizing product use and meeting product revenue targets.

• Assess various risks and develop mitigants to safeguard bank's profitability and reputation.

• Make enhancements/modifications to ensure a competitive edge and targeted market share.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Banking and Finance or equivalent.

• Must have 6-8 years of banking experience with at least 2-3 years of dealing with loans in a bank in the GCC.

• Must be an Arabic speaker, currently based in the UAE.
