· A multi-faceted professional with over 7 to 10 years of rich & extensive experience in Cost Control Operations, General Administration, Handling Large volume of Camp with the capacity 6,000 residence & over all Camp / Accommodation Management.
· Well versed with the rules and regulation of Zones Corp of Abu Dhabi – UAE.
· Extensive experience in Business Development.
· Adept at handling day to day administrative activities of Camp in coordination with internal / external departments for smooth business operations.
· Comprehensive experience in developing procedures, service standards and operational policies, planning & implementing effective control measures to reduce running costs of the unit. Abilities to enhance the process of operations, escalate productivity & operational efficiencies; while curtailing costs / expenses.
· Significantly knowledge in maintaining Quality systems.

Role Description
o Planning and effectively implementing tactical and administrative expertise to the personnel under command.
o Excellent in managing the existing set up of facilities with the accountability for strategic utilization & deployment of available resources to achieve organizational objectives by making an optimum & cost effective utilization of resources. Must be a keen planner, strategist and implementer with proven success in devising and effectuating policies aimed at ensuring smooth running of operations and execution of administrative tasks of Camp. An enterprising leader with the ability to motivate personnel towards achieving organisational objectives and adhering the best practices of Zones Corp.
o Devising strategies aimed at the achievement of planned targets within specified timeframe and budget; ensuring effective implementation of the same.
o Developing and implementing administrative budgets on monthly & annual basis, and monitoring budgetary spend to ensure optimum fund utilisation. Ensuring smooth operations at all times and maintaining proper discipline by implementing & modifying the policies & procedures.
o Following up with various Ministries, Government Departments and Agencies for obtaining project related sanctions and approvals. Encouraging healthy employee-management relations in the organisation, by motivating workers to voice their opinions on common platforms and promoting employee involvement in improvement activities.
o Undertaking detailed analysis of security requirements and establishing security automation & the work practices.
o Looking after General Administration–Department including Guest-House, Administration-Store, Transport-Section, security, Laundry and catering.
o Access control and security, complete software operation system for all occupants.
o Managing Recreation, Gym, Clinic, Supermarket and Saloon.
o Coordinating & facilitating support service to all the employees through quality welfare service.
o 24 / 7 service extended to up keep the productivity of the workers.
o Strategising and formulating innovative plans for continual process enhancement.
Qualification
o Graduated in Hospitality, Hotel Management or any relevant Degree.
o Well versed with MS Office, PowerPoint, Lotus Notes and Internet.
o Sound knowledge in operating Hospitality software inclusive of Camp operation.
o Extensive knowledge of Zones Corp – Abu Dhabi Law & Regulation.
