A leading company in Travel and Tourism sector is looking for a well qualified and experienced Executive Secretary to join in Jeddah. All the applicants should possess excellent typing skills in Arabic as well as English. Should possess strong knowledge in using computer. Should be a pleasing personality with good communications skills. Persons without transferable Iqama are need not to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
> Maintain calendar, scheduling meeting and appointments.
> Compose, type and edit correspondence.
> Communicate with clients, head officers.
> Create and distributes meetings minutes.
> Confer with clients.
> Maintain office filing system.
