RETAIL STORE MANAGER

A leading Saudi company in the Retail sector is seeking a suitable candidate to fill the position of STORE MANAGER in the Eastern Region.Reporting to the Operations Manager, he will oversee the day-to-day management of the store and assure the highest level of customer service throughout the store.

The successful candidate must hove the following qualifications:

• 10 years documented experience in the supermarket industry of which a minimum of 5 years must be at management level managing a single retail outlet no less than 10,000 sq. ft.
• Proven managerial and administrative skills in supermarket operations specifically but not limited to: marketing, development of operational procedures, inventory/stock control, health and safety, sanitation, quality assurance, merchandising, training and customer relations.
• Possess good leadership skills and be self-motivated.
• Excellent command of the English language both written and verbal, and possess the ability to communicate effectively.
• A team player, organized, self-disciplined, energetic, creative, receptive to change, clean, smart, and well presented.
• Able to drive a motor vehicle and meet the requirements for a Saudi Arabian driving license.
• Transferable IQAMA for Non-Saudis.
